Excellent Customer service in sales and service Service attempted to repair a maintenance safety issue on a recently purchased used Lexus. They tried everything even with TSB assistance. Even Lexus Service attempted to repair a maintenance safety issue on a recently purchased used Lexus. They tried everything even with TSB assistance. Even Lexus engineering was contacted and they could not offer a solution. Service tried everything ,but just unsuccessful. Sales then reviewed the situation and reworked a great deal for a new Lexus to make it right for the customer. Other car companies would not have done so. Fred Fortson went above and beyond to make the deal successful. More
