Fred Munns is amazing to work with at Herlong. This is the second vehicle we have purchased from him. We will continue to use him for future purchases. We drive an hour to see him instead if using Fairway the second vehicle we have purchased from him. We will continue to use him for future purchases. We drive an hour to see him instead if using Fairway Ford or Bobby Jones Ford- Fred is THAT good and knowledgeable! This purchase we used their finance dept- we were not WOW'd by that experience- we weren't upset either- just an ok experience. Myrle was great and very friendly at first, but the pushiness for warranties rubbed us a little wrong. We understand that dealerships make a lot of money off warranties however; not everyone needs or wants the warranties. She seemed very disappointed in front of us when we decline additional warranties and her mood changed from super friendly to seeming disappointed. The pitch for warranties also took a long time when we were on time crunch. Other than that tiny issue, we were super pleased. We will definitely explore options at Herlong first before purchasing from anywhere else in the future. I would highly recommend them, especially Fred! More

Appointment made for brake line recall. After my arrival I was told parts not available to do the job. I should have been called before bringing in the vehicle. Car was washed by service dep't. Herlong Ford has earned my Business Twice now! Once in 2017 and again just 2 weeks ago. We all have choices in car buying and for myself - I have chosen to work with the BEST! Everyone at Herlong Ford treats you like you are part of their family (which I feel like I am now for sure) and I drive past several other Ford Dealerships to go out of my way to experience the difference Herlong Ford makes! F150 purchase The sale process was very slow, lots of waiting. Part of the sale included the purchase of a spray-on bedliner, trailer hitch and running boards to be The sale process was very slow, lots of waiting. Part of the sale included the purchase of a spray-on bedliner, trailer hitch and running boards to be installed the following week by a 3rd party vendor. The next week when I was trying to arrange the drop-off of my truck I learned that my salesman was on vacation and nobody knew what I was talking about. It was finally determined that there was a parts issue requiring rescheduling into the next week. The next week when I came to drop my truck off once again it was a surprise to almost everyone. It took forever to get a loaner and get on my way and the loaner had a low gas warning message. My truck was supposed to be ready for pickup the next day. When I called once again nobody knew anything about what was going on with my truck. As it turned out it wasn't ready for me to pickup until Friday afternoon after dropping it off on Monday. When I went to pick it up it did not have the 7 pin connector for my trailer connection- even though I had been called at home by the vendor to find out what I wanted for a connector. Nobody "owned" this whole process. The service folks kept telling me that they didn't have anything to do with it, that it was sales. There was no turnover for the guy going on vacation. Oh, social distancing and masks were not in evidence until the day I picked up my truck after the work was done and even then not very well. More

On Time and On Point My appointment was for 2 PM, I got there 10 mins early and signed in. At 2 PM I looked up and my vehicle was being pulled in to the service bay. Wo My appointment was for 2 PM, I got there 10 mins early and signed in. At 2 PM I looked up and my vehicle was being pulled in to the service bay. Work was done by 2:30. The service Tech and Manager answered all my questions. Waiting room is neat and clean and coffee was great. You can see the service area easily from the waiting room so you know what's going on. Good experience. More
