Honest and attentive. Great customer service. Some small things needed to done to the vehicle we bought and they got it take care of in a reasonable amount of time. Fred is the best! I could only go during my lunch break to drop off my loaner car and pick up my car, and I was coming from downtown. He had my car ready, so all I had to do was switch keys.
