Fred was our salesman, and he was AMAZING. My husband and I needed a new car, and buying a car right now is tricky due to the low inventory and such. We had originally gone somewhere else and had a horrible experience. Then we walked into Valley Honda, and my husband instantly connected with Fred. When my husband brought me into Valley Honda to show me the car he found, I also instantly connected with Fred! Fred is SO personable, relatable, patient, and just a good person overall. You could tell he connects with his customers, he doesn't just go straight for the sale. Our car took about 2 months to come in and Fred updated us every couple of weeks on how things were going. I can't say enough good things about Fred and Valley Honda. I would recommend him personally to all of my friends and family. We will 100% be returning for future car purchases. Great, friendly service that was a night and day difference from the Mazda dealership I visited before coming here (rude and clearly irritated sales manager trying to lie and pressure me into a poor difference from the Mazda dealership I visited before coming here (rude and clearly irritated sales manager trying to lie and pressure me into a poor financing deal for a Mazda 6 I was looking at). The process here was fast and relatively comfortable considering how stressful buying a car is. Salesman Fred and sales manager Nick were very nice and did not try to pressure me like the sales manager from Mazda, and worked to get me a car as quickly as possible. More
