Used 2017 Tacoma Fred gave me a couple of test drives a couple years ago but I didn't buy anything then. As a salesperson, he's knowledgeable and professional, but he wasn't pushy or "sales-y", which I appreciate. When I finally decided to buy my truck, I contacted him again. He was very understanding of my budget, and reiterated over and over that he wanted to find I’m a 1st time buyer Fred Williams made the process easy. He was very understanding of my budget, and reiterated over and over that he wanted to find me a vehicle that would suit my needs. I didn’t feel like he was pushy or trying to selling me things I didn’t want, like additional coverage or other services. He was very thorough with explaining everything to me in terms I could understand. He clarified anything I was questioning, and never made me feel incompetent or stupid for asking questions. I would recommend him to my friends. He was very kind, patient, and understanding. He made sure I test drove all the cars I was interested in to make sure I was absolutely happy with the one I picked. Thank you, Fred Williams for your kindness towards me. More

I was coming from out of town and I felt extremely I had a great experience with Fred and Oscar when purchasing my pre-owner vehicle at Longo Toyota. I was coming from out of town and I felt extremely comfortable making my preliminary purchase with Fred and Oscar. The purchasing process was thoroughly explained and all my questions were answered to the full extent even before arriving to the dealership - Fred even went out ti the vehicle to inspect a cosmetic question for me and got back to me in an extremely timely manner. As soon as I arrived, the paperwork was all prepped so I’ll I had to do was a shirt test drive and sign! I fully recommend Longo Toyota, Fred, and Oscar for purchasing any vehicle. More
