Found Out After the Fact I expressed that one of my number one wants in the car was the voice activated phone I had in previous cars. I was told by Arleen and Josh that the So I expressed that one of my number one wants in the car was the voice activated phone I had in previous cars. I was told by Arleen and Josh that the Soul had that feature. After purchase, I learned that it only works with iPhone, not Android, and this is a problem because I am on the road all day in my work making phone calls. Did not receive a call back from them after they indicated they would call me back. I called and was told it doesn't work with Android, and when I said this was an issue for me after being specific with what I wanted, I was told someone would get back to me. They never did. IT IS NOW 6/20, AND I STILL HAVE NOT HEARD FROM KIA PER THEIR RESPONSE TO MY REVIEW ON 6/1. i AM HAPPY TO WORK WITH THEM TO RESTORE MY FAITH IN THIS DEALERSHIP, BUT I'VE NOT HEARD ANYTHING BACK. More
