Excellent service by Freddy as always. He’s always treated my service needs above and beyond the call of duty. I’ve purchased /leased 5 hyundai and Genesis vehicles there during the past 11 years. However I must say that the facilities needs a lot of refreshing and updating. Also the valet getting your car after service leaves a lot to be desired. Crummy Attitudes and delays are common. More

I am very disappointed with the length of time it took me, with an appointment, to drive up to the front of the line to drop off my vehicle. 1 hour on line, then another 30 minutes inside for a person to me, with an appointment, to drive up to the front of the line to drop off my vehicle. 1 hour on line, then another 30 minutes inside for a person to do the paperwork for my car to be dealt with. 9 desks there and only 2 people working. Thought I was in walmart😡 More
