One of the worst experiences that I’ve ever had in purchasing a vehicle. After the contract was signed I was asked to sign an additional document asking me to state that the vehicle would be for perso purchasing a vehicle. After the contract was signed I was asked to sign an additional document asking me to state that the vehicle would be for personal use when It was clearly stated it was for business use and even put in the business name… I didn’t sign the document and then had the sales rep be completely disrespectful via text message after asking me to sign the fraudulent document once again 10 days later and I refused. I explained to the sales rep that I did not want to do business with them, and did not feel comfortable moving forward with purchasing the vehicle from them after them, asking me to sign a fraudulent document, and the sales rep continued to be very unprofessional and disrespectful. I’ve not had a general manager reach out to me in regard to this even though I have left multiple messages. I will be following up with the attorney general and filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I do not recommend this dealership to anyone. More
