I'm a bit late in writing this but I bought my 2018 chrysler 300 in May 2021. I was first amazed by the size of the place. It's a pristine warehouse sized building. Immaculately clean. My salesman wa chrysler 300 in May 2021. I was first amazed by the size of the place. It's a pristine warehouse sized building. Immaculately clean. My salesman was Gabe. He let me wander around on my own to browse their inventory. When I was ready to ask questions, he had all the answers. A fine gentleman and salesman Gabe is. I drove home that day about 2 hours later with new plates and financing thru Capital One, all provided at Novak Motors. Thanks again Gabe. More

This place went down hill. BUYER BEWARE. Originally This place went down hill. BUYER BEWARE. Originally went to Novak 5 years ago. I was extremely impressed with their model. High quality low mile This place went down hill. BUYER BEWARE. Originally went to Novak 5 years ago. I was extremely impressed with their model. High quality low mile vehicles. Upfront pricing, no pressure no BS. I worked with sales person Anna and ended up trading in a Pilot and a wrangler foe 2 grand Cherokees. Trade in values were awesome. Condition of new cars awesome. Service awesome. Frank in financing awesome. I referred them multiple times to famiky and friends and even received $75 checks when they bought vehicles. 3 Grand Cherokees, 1 Ram pickup , Subaru and a wrangler. All good right. Fast forward. Sunmer 2021 I am looking to trade in a wrangler for another grand Cherokee. I call Anna’s phone. Some stranger picked up and tells me she is away from phone and to come in. We go to dealer only to find out that Anna no longer works there. There are no prices on the cars. Inventory is sparse, not top notch and service was non existent. We sit around for 30 min waiting to speak to manager (Mike) who never came out of his office and we leave. I went back again a week later only to find out that the sales person we talked to (matt) was no longer there. Hmm. I asked to speak to manager (mike). Once again. No one in the office or in the entire place and he could not be bothered. I ended up picking out a grand Cherokee salesman in training on floor and wanted to leave a deposit until i could bring wrangler in for appraisal. I was told $1000 deposit was non refundable if i did not like trade in value. so i left and said i woild come back with wrangler. a week later came back with car. Yet another Salesman (gabe) asked me what I needed. I told him i was there for an appraisal. He asked if i had an appointment. Once again, not a sole in the place and i told him no. He said they dont do appraisals until i pick out a vehicle. I told him that i did and he said well we don’t do appraisals until we have contracts signed on new vehicle. I told him. How can i make a decision until i know what my trade is worth i cannot believe what a run around i was getting and I left in disgust. These guys are now just as bad as most orher dealers and will never go back. More

I would highly recommend to anyone who wants a beautiful car for the right price with professional salesman/manager that made you feel comfortable and were very professional. No high pressure "salesman" lo car for the right price with professional salesman/manager that made you feel comfortable and were very professional. BUYER BEWARE!!!In May 2016, I purchased a Chrysler 300 BUYER BEWARE!!! In May 2016, I purchased a Chrysler 300 from Frank at Novak Motors. At the time they were located in Hauppauge, NY and Amy was thei BUYER BEWARE!!! In May 2016, I purchased a Chrysler 300 from Frank at Novak Motors. At the time they were located in Hauppauge, NY and Amy was their Director of Finance. Customer Service was outstanding and I have shared that experience with numerous friends/co-workers over the years who were looking to buy a vehicle. Fast forward May 2021, I went to Novak to purchase a vehicle for my wife and decided on a Nissan Rogue. I completed my credit application and informed my salesperson, Gabe that I wanted to finance the vehicle through my credit union, Ocean Financial. He assured me that would not be a problem. He stated once my credit report came back and I sit with the Finance Manager, all those decisions will be made. When I came back for my appointment, the finance manager informed me my loan had already been placed with BB&T Bank because my credit union's rates were too high. When I questioned why the rate was higher, he told me it was based on my credit report and that this bank was lowest at 5.32% for 72 months. At this point I figured I was already set on the vehicle and just signed off. Upon delivery of the vehicle there were several scratches that were supposed to have been fixed and there was only 1 Key Fob with the vehicle. When I asked for the 2nd key, Gabe told me his manager said I would have to purchase it at $150.00 because the car only came with 1 key. I asked to speak with the manager who arrived with an attitude. At this point I told him I didn't like the way I was being treated and asked to cancel the deal (financing, scratches, key fob and overall attitude of the manager). He agreed... However, while I was waiting, Gabe arrived back with the 2nd Key Fob that was mysteriously found in the back and they agreed to fix the scratches. The manager then informed me they were no longer affiliated with Ocean Financial and therefore had no choice but to use BB&T Bank. I agreed to take the deal as my wife had her heart set on the vehicle. *The next business day I contacted my credit union who stated my credit was fine and my interest rate would have been 3.10% for 78 months. They also confirmed Ocean Financial is still affiliated with Grove Car/Novak Motors. I am in the process of refinancing but obviously the business was steered to BB&T for some reason??? Apparently, Novak's management has shifted their emphasis from customer service to just making an extra buck! More
