He worked hard in advance to find vehicles that fit my needs and had them warm and ready to test drive upon my arrival at the dealership despite the cold weather. He worked with me well after close to finalize the details on the deal and made sure I was taken care of the entire time. CJ was the Sales Manager on duty the night of my initial visit and also stayed late to handle the credit application and got the process all set up for me to come in the following day after work to finish up paperwork. CJ quoted that final paperwork would take an hour and he wasn't far off. Colton then got me all set up on the day of paperwork filing and assisted me in getting back to my vehicle in the bullpen to retrieve forgotten items. The only reason this rating is 4 stars instead of 5 is due to the amount provided for my trade-in vehicle. If that is the worse thing that happens during my car buying experience going forward, then Ferguson may have themselves a customer for life. I will likely buy from this dealership in the future. Galen in finance took care of the last details on the paperwork and was able to work with me to get more accomplished than I had originally thought. Great job to all involved. More

Ferguson Kia was one of the best dealerships I have dealt with. And I did the whole process from home, and once I was approved and time to sign I drove an hour and half , and the time still went smooth and quick. Cameron, CJ, and Galen were all amazing gentlemen, and made it so easy, and smooth process to purchase a vehicle. Even while we were there at the dealership they took care of me and my kids, and just the friendliness and customer service was outstanding. I’m a proud owner of my new 2021 Kia Sportage SX-T. I highly recommend Ferguson Kia and the gentlemen that helped me I promise you won’t regret it. There just ain’t enough good things I can say about this place. More
