The worst Experience Ive ever had. The primary work requested, a simple oil change and tire rotation, wasnt completed. Appointment was cancelled and moved back a day with the only notification being a txt message. It wad IMPOSSIBLE to get through and talk to a human on the phone, everything was via txt. The issue they did try to address, the auto deploy running boards, were hanging off the side of the vehicle when I picked it up, they didn't test their work. The whole visit accomplished nothing.
