Very helpful sales and finance team and are transparent with pricing throughout the transaction . I shopped at several other dealers for different car brands and DCH Honda team was the most professional with pricing throughout the transaction . I shopped at several other dealers for different car brands and DCH Honda team was the most professional I worked with . Others provided misinformation and were reluctant to provide numbers. If only it was possible to give 100 stars. I have been on a hunt for Honda CR-V Hybrid and always checking various dealer sites. It was Gary from DCH Kay Honda that would give me a call ever I have been on a hunt for Honda CR-V Hybrid and always checking various dealer sites. It was Gary from DCH Kay Honda that would give me a call every time one came in or was on the way. Then he finally found the color I wanted and was ready to come see it. I specifically made an appointment with Eric based on his past reviews on DealerRater. Thank god I did because the experience was exceptional. Eric called me before my appointment date to see if we can work on a deal over the phone. He was nervous the car might be sold before my appointment date. Eric was very patient, knowledgeable, super friendly, professional and overall an outstanding salesman. Everything was straight to the point - no games or tactics. - just honest service. He worked his magic and I was able to drive off with my new car today - hassle-free, headache-free, stress-free! We also worked with Armando in finance and he was very thorough and explained everything to us. Thank you DCH Kay Honda for making this buying experience a great one! More
