Traded in my old car and purchased a newer model of Subaru Forester. The price matched with what was discussed the first time which I truly appreciate. I think the trade-in offer was fair compared to Subaru Forester. The price matched with what was discussed the first time which I truly appreciate. I think the trade-in offer was fair compared to other dealership. There was a brief back-and-forth on pricing, but nothing out of the ordinary. I worked with Rafael in sales, who was professional, knowledgeable, patient and very helpful throughout the whole process. Overall, I had an amazing experience, thanks to Rafael who made it low-stress and fun. I would definitely recommend Rafael Velez and Garavel Subaru! More

As a current Subaru picked up my new Subaru, this dealership, its management team , and in particular Chris, has been a very gratifying experience. As a current Subaru owner, I didn't need to be sold on the merits of a brand. But Chris went above and beyond "selling". He is respectful, attentive and knowledgable and caring with a good sense of humor.. I drove my new car off the lot, happy with my purchase but even happier (and confident) that I have Chris in my corner. More
