My son and I walked in with an idea of what we wanted. We had been looking at cars since May! He finally found a car on the lot that he was interested in. We did not get the car we originally came to see, but left feeling confident that he helped us choose a great car. It had better safety features and was definitely a step up from the one we had come to see. Steven was helpful through every step. He even helped with speaking to the insurance company. We are very grateful for all he did for us. Thank you! I almost forgot the best part!! They are very dog friendly, Bruno got to go in their dog park, hang out at the desk. Stephen was great. I came in to test drive an Impreza and after talking with him about what I was looking for in a vehicle, I also test drove the Crosstrek too. We went over the differences between the two in side-by-side printouts which was really helpful for me for me to see visually. I never felt pressured into anything while I took a few days to make a final decision. I ended up going with the Crosstrek and he also suggested that I could see the colors in person again on the cars in the lot before making a final decision (which was helpful since I was going back and forth). He was patient while I had a challenging work schedule for picking up the car. Details and attention like that stood out and made it a very overall positive experience for me. Now I'm a first-time Subaru owner. More
