Been to this dealer about 7-8 times in 15 years for several new cars for our family, and have never been disappointed. Usually you feel like a dealership's hands are in your pocket before you start. Not here. Have worked with Sales Chief Gary Dos Reis many times, and he listens to what you want and don't want. Good ears. He connected us with fairly new sales associate Amanda Botto, and we were not disappointed. Usually we would not work with a newbie. But Gary connected us with her, so he must have felt it would be a good match. She didn't pretend to know what she didn't know. Heck, she even went down the block to get me a coconut flavored coffee when we picked up the car (we had discussed coffee flavors before). Then on to the "finance guy," Carlos Orozco, who we've worked with before. He knows his trade, doesn't waste you time, and like the others LISTENS to the client. If this group were to leave, well, then its just a car dealership. Several years ago we went to a Toyota dealer in Milford and walked out after 15 minutes. Rude and arrogant people. So many dealerships, so many choices. Have had the older cars serviced there, but the problem is time. It can take about 2 hours to get an oil change. They need to take some action and get that under control. Its only 5 cans of oil and a filter. Far from Nuclear Rocket Science. Unless its a Toyota issue, I would rather go to a local place. Yes an oil change is free, but its not worth two hours of my time (and 20 minutes either way to get there and get home)...total three hours. How much wifi and coffee can you consume in three hours? Don't offer free oil changes if you're not doing the job in a cost effective way. More

Best experience buying/leasing a car!!!! All employees were extremely helpful. Definitely put my needs first. Felt no pressure to buy/lease or get something that didn't fit my needs. We have leased 3 other cars from A-1 Toyota and with each one we had a very good experience. Upon walking into the dealership, Sunny sat down with us to understand what we were looking for in a new lease and what were some of the features we wanted in our new car. We viewed/drove two vehicles that were on the lot, but we felt that we were not getting the value we were looking for so decided to hold off on our decision. Sunny followed up with us multiple times and upon our second visit (about 1 week later), had the car that we were looking for with the features we wanted and the price we were willing to pay. TERRIBLE SERVICE AND POOR COMMUNICATION!!!!! I bought an alarm system and they installed. Later on I installed an aftermarket strip of LED lights to the back of my car asnd the alarm system faile I bought an alarm system and they installed. Later on I installed an aftermarket strip of LED lights to the back of my car asnd the alarm system failed. This is not supposed to happen considering the alarm system is a new and advanced peice of hardware. Instead of finding a solution to the problem, the only thing A1 Toyota decided to do was blame and insult me. A1 Toyota has dissapointed me. More

Don't Ever Buy From Another Dealer Quincy is amazing. Carlos is amazing. A-1 is amazing. My family has always been a Toyota family, but for a variety of foolish reasons, my previous pur Quincy is amazing. Carlos is amazing. A-1 is amazing. My family has always been a Toyota family, but for a variety of foolish reasons, my previous purchase was not a Toyota and not from A-1. Boy did I regret it! My car was only 3 1/3 years old with nothing wrong with it, but I was so unhappy with the dealership I bought it at and all my service experiences, I couldn't wait to work with Quincy and get back into a Toyota! Quincy was so amazing to work with - he listened to everything I needed, was so informative on my test drive, and helped me get exactly what I was looking for!! He's so sweet and fun and, honestly, this was the least stressful and most fun car buying experience I've ever had! More

Breath of Fresh Air Amazing service. Gary and Amanda both went above and beyond. I walked in wanting to trade in my car for a car that wasn't even on the lot! They found Amazing service. Gary and Amanda both went above and beyond. I walked in wanting to trade in my car for a car that wasn't even on the lot! They found me the car I wanted and I didn't once have that pressured feeling. They have a customer first mentality... looking for long term, returning customers, not just your typical 'buy and fly'! I look forward to working with Gary and Amanda in the future, and plan to send them as many referrals as I can. Also, Carlos helped me understand and compare different options from a Finance perspective. I appreciated his time walking me through the paperwork in an easy to understand format. Thank you all! I am really excited for my "new" used vehicle! More
