Dealership is Low pressure as is Toyota in general with a decent Service Department. More

Truly Blessed Prior to my visit, I had given up hope on trying to get a new car. Stepping into A1 Toyota, changed all of that. I was greeted by such wonderful staff Prior to my visit, I had given up hope on trying to get a new car. Stepping into A1 Toyota, changed all of that. I was greeted by such wonderful staff (those in the front desk as well as those walking around the sales floor). Quincy was such a exceptional salesperson and it wasn't just based on getting me the perfect car, but just the simple fact that he truly made my mom and I feel like family in such a beautiful environment. It was a pleasure to meet Mustafa and to laugh and chit chat about something else other than cars. It truly felt like sitting at a family table enjoying each other's company. Meeting Angel was no different. He made sure I left his office feeling confident about my decision and proud of what I was able to accomplish. Not only did he make sure I had some sort of peace of mind but he took the time to give my mom and I some additional advice on budgeting our finances for a better tomorrow. I am truly fortunate to have met such lovely people. More

A-1 lives up to its name for the 4th Time!! As a repeat customer I always expect the next visit / purchase experience to be better than the last; and for the 5th time it was. With a Prius, 2 A As a repeat customer I always expect the next visit / purchase experience to be better than the last; and for the 5th time it was. With a Prius, 2 Avalons and 2 4Runners under our belt, I have nothing but great things to say about the dealership and our salesman (Quincy Smith). He has been with us from day 1. When we set foot into the dealership, we are welcomed like family. So much so, I went in to pick up a bug deflector for our new 4Runner and walked out with a new Avalon. Quincy is very attentive to the customers needs. I have learned that he will not try to oversell you to make a quick buck, but gives you what you want/need, so that when you return to get your next vehicle you will happy to do business with him again. Paul Wright....what do I say about him? Hilarious guy, but he knows his stuff. He sure know how to make you feel good about spending your money. He does this to help you protect your investment. Thank you Paul. Gary Dos Reis and John Durrani, although I only worked with you for a brief period of time during this sale, you professionalism and knowledge were key to the sale being a success. 17th car from A-1 This is the 17th car that we have leased or purchased from A-1 ..All our experiences have been really pleasurable....Our first lease back in 1999 was This is the 17th car that we have leased or purchased from A-1 ..All our experiences have been really pleasurable....Our first lease back in 1999 was a birthday and anniversary gift for my wife.. Since I could not drive two cars home, the salesman drove the new car and followed me home with another person following him to bring him back after the dealership had closed.
