Manager Gary dos Reis and I had been working on a deal (where the numbers were deceptive) and I wanted to get a 4Runner TRD pro. I was told by him Toyota wasn’t making them as his rep told them that. Well—I’ll save you the back and forth but it resulted in me calling corporate Toyota. They were furious and upset someone was lying to me. I ended up going to Hoffman Toyota and working with Julio Sosa and James Fappiano. Got WAY more on my trade, my 4Runner TRD pro, and a dealership that actually cares about the customer, not just their pocket. More

Truly Blessed Prior to my visit, I had given up hope on trying to get a new car. Stepping into A1 Toyota, changed all of that. I was greeted by such wonderful staff Prior to my visit, I had given up hope on trying to get a new car. Stepping into A1 Toyota, changed all of that. I was greeted by such wonderful staff (those in the front desk as well as those walking around the sales floor). Quincy was such a exceptional salesperson and it wasn't just based on getting me the perfect car, but just the simple fact that he truly made my mom and I feel like family in such a beautiful environment. It was a pleasure to meet Mustafa and to laugh and chit chat about something else other than cars. It truly felt like sitting at a family table enjoying each other's company. Meeting Angel was no different. He made sure I left his office feeling confident about my decision and proud of what I was able to accomplish. Not only did he make sure I had some sort of peace of mind but he took the time to give my mom and I some additional advice on budgeting our finances for a better tomorrow. I am truly fortunate to have met such lovely people. More
