Kyle suck, he dodges our calls and doesn't communicate very well. We were scheduled for a visit and no one knew, and Kyle wasn't there. We noticed it's a pattern of Kyle. Puts profits above people,, I went into the dealership on Saturday to test ride a 2017 Toyota Corolla.. I did a walk around of the car before test riding it and I noticed that the rear driver side tire,, th Saturday to test ride a 2017 Toyota Corolla.. I did a walk around of the car before test riding it and I noticed that the rear driver side tire,, the belt was showing through the rubber, I voice my concerns to the sales person who told me take it for a test drive and if you like the car you can bring your concerns to the manager, while driving the car the light was on on the dashboard letting me know the car was unbalanced, also the front end was shaking, when we got back to the dealership I told the salesman I was passing on the car. Sunny came out, he introduced himself to me and when I voice my concerns about the front end shaking his response was that's the CVT transmission all cars with CVT transmissions the front end shakes, when I showed him the tire with the belt showing through he told me that's not it it's the transmission, at that point I turned to leave,, as I was walking across the parking lot he was still yelling at ma'am it's the CVT transmission, Sunny appeared to have his own agenda and wasn't listening to anything that was being said,,, there was no dialogue with Sunny,, and my concerns about the belt coming through the tire and the rubber being worn away ,, those concerns were not being addressed,, I felt like I was being bullied, that was the worst experience I have ever had at a car dealership. More

Personnel was friendly and courteous from the moment my husband and I walked in. Kevin, sales rep., was prompt and walked is through the process. He showed us the car and the features of it before we went husband and I walked in. Kevin, sales rep., was prompt and walked is through the process. He showed us the car and the features of it before we went for a ride. After, he showed us both options leasing and financing and the differences. He is very thorough. We came by to buy our grey RAV4 the next day and Sunny (Kevin had an emergency and couldn’t make it) guided us through finalizing the process. Paul in financial services explained to us the payment plans and all we needed to know. I would definitely recommend! Thank you guys. More
