Very reasonable prices for some great vehicles! I would highly recommend this dealership-it’s a bit out of the way but worth it. The salespeople are kind, informative, professional, and low pressure I would highly recommend this dealership-it’s a bit out of the way but worth it. The salespeople are kind, informative, professional, and low pressure. Their paperwork fees are the lowest I’ve ever seen-saved me around $500 on that part alone. Prices were very competitive/low and they have a great selection of used vehicles. Let me test drive as many cars as I wanted without making me feel bad-I wanted to try many different cars and they were fine with it. Once I made my choice, they completed the deal very quickly and I was able to get on my way home. Even threw in a jack and new spare tire that the vehicle I chose doesn’t come with. They were very happy to let me use their internet to comparison shop while I was at the dealership so that I could see that I was getting the right price. Open, honest, and did not act like the typical high pressure used car salesmen that one often finds at other dealerships. Gave me an absolutely free extended warranty for up to 250K miles. Didn’t pressure me to finance through them as I already had my financing in place from my credit union. Salesman was honest about pros and cons of each car and didn’t pressure me towards the more expensive ones. In fact, I bought one of the cheapest cars on their lot and they were great about it. Treated me very respectfully which was appreciated-since I am a woman and some dealerships were condescending or exploitive or inappropriate but not this one. I highly recommend this dealership for a fair, polite, relaxed, professional, and respectful transaction. Bonus: their website was up to date so I was able to test drive every car that I’d seen advertised. More

My bumper been falling off after finding out that it was held on by gorilla glue and a nail. They had me running up and down the highway several times claiming to fix the bumper. Remind you, they dropped my car off to me when I first purchased it. I have been back and forward 5x about my bumper. These people should be reported to the BBB. They are horrible! Horrible customer service after a sale is complete. Do not buy your car from here. I am now stuck with a lemon and they won't even help me out. Also, when they first dropped the car off at my job, the windshield was cracked!! xxxx poor service at its finest. They fixed the glass but my bumper has to be popped back in every single day. I facetimed the GM one day after picking my car up and the bumper started to come off. He said "Oh xxxx," and told me to bring it back and I did. My bumper is still messed up. Terrible service! More

Simone was waiting to greet me as I parked. The staff was very friendly and worked hard to make sure every thing about the truck I wanted was right. Found a few cosmetic things wrong with the truck and they put in writing that they would get them fixed and make it right. Not sure when I will need another vehicle, but I will definitely check at Star Chevrolet when that time comes. More
