My bumper been falling off after finding out that it was held on by gorilla glue and a nail. They had me running up and down the highway several times claiming to fix the bumper. Remind you, they dropped my car off to me when I first purchased it. I have been back and forward 5x about my bumper. These people should be reported to the BBB. They are horrible! Horrible customer service after a sale is complete. Do not buy your car from here. I am now stuck with a lemon and they won't even help me out. Also, when they first dropped the car off at my job, the windshield was cracked!! xxxx poor service at its finest. They fixed the glass but my bumper has to be popped back in every single day. I facetimed the GM one day after picking my car up and the bumper started to come off. He said "Oh xxxx," and told me to bring it back and I did. My bumper is still messed up. Terrible service! More

Found a few cosmetic things wrong with the truck and they put in writing that they would get them fixed and make it right. Not sure when I will need another vehicle, but I will definitely check at Star Chevrolet when that time comes. More
