Purchased a 2019 durango. There were some issues with the vehicle related to paint and body. After a major mess where their own paint repair person attempted to touch up two scratchers in the vehicle, a the vehicle related to paint and body. After a major mess where their own paint repair person attempted to touch up two scratchers in the vehicle, and looked as if he sanded the scratches out, applied a paint pen, and attempted to hand buff the repair, they were forced to take it to a body shop. Their body shop did and excellent job with the paint, however their PDR guy is the absolute worst. During the process, my passenger door recieved 2 more dents. They brought another PDR guy in to fix this issue, and this incompetent person left divets all in the passenger door where he used a hard punch to try and get one of the dings out. It is now way worse than it was before the attempted repair, so neither of the 3 dings were ever fixed. After 2 weeks of this, I was told to either walk away or take it as is. Being frustrated and without a vehicle because someone ran a red light and totaled our last vehicle, we were forced to make a hard choice and take the vehicle, even though they didnt fix the damage. Now I'm looking at about another $750 to fix the door. Now to be fair, I am a stickler when it comes to paint and body, but that was my conversation starter when I inquired about the vehicle. I was mislead from the beginning before driving 2.5 hours to look at the vehicle and was told the vehicle was flawless, but they agreed to repair the damages. Bottom line, they cannot do any paint correction, (or touch up) or remove any dents or dings without actually making them worse. Now the manager, which I believe was Gary, called and was really nice and reassuring about the damage repairs. Their finance manager, Haley, was excellent to deal with. And honestly, the salesman, Blake, kind of just got thrown into this trying to make a sale. Would I buy from them again? Yes... this just happens to be a difficult time to shop for vehicles with Covid, but next time I know to walk away from here if the vehicle isn't up to standards for what a less than 1 year old vehicle should be. More
