Great Service Center The Ferman BMW Service center has taken care of my last two Beamer’s. They service the car per scheduled maint required. When I pick up the car it has been washed and Is very clean. The service is fast and the Service advisor reports what was done. They have an Awesome lounge, if you wait for your car. I have been very happy with the service department and all aspects of Ferman BMW. Pete in the parts department is wonderful! He has helped me purchase Accessories for both of my BMW’s.. I will not go anywhere else! More

The receptionist was expecting me and Gary had the vehicle that I inquired about prepped and ready for me to test drive. As a salesman, Gary was terrific and explained things thoroughly to both myself and my wife. He always addressed BOTH of us by our first names which was a nice added touch. Joe was also friendly and pleasant to deal with as he provided us with all of the financial details and options. This is the second vehicle I've purchased from a Ferman dealership and it certainly won't be the last. More
