He followed up with another option after a few days later. The fact that he didn't give up, nor forget to reach out, was the reason I chose Ferman BMW over the others. Another factor was the clear, concise and speedy paperwork process handled by Erin. Cars can be similar in many ways, but the way you are treated, as an individual, is ultimately why one dealership is chosen over the other. More
