Great experience My salesperson, Gary Mack was great. He went out of his way to find the car I wanted for he price I wanted to pay. He coordinated everything for a sea My salesperson, Gary Mack was great. He went out of his way to find the car I wanted for he price I wanted to pay. He coordinated everything for a seamless transaction. Gary made sure the vehicle was fully detailed and the gas tank was full when I arrived to pick it up. We will definitely be back again! More

Low pressure, high knowledge and overall superior experience We worked with Gary Mack to build and order our new X5. He was on top of all the details and even suggested we take delivery at the factory in Sparta We worked with Gary Mack to build and order our new X5. He was on top of all the details and even suggested we take delivery at the factory in Spartanburg, SC as it would include driving school and factory tour. He knew the answer to every question we had and was clearly a subject matter expert on all things BWM. The showroom at Ferman is very nice coupled with the knowledge of the product, our experience with Gary Mack and Ferman BMW were flawless. Gary kept us updated on our build and negotiated the best price for us. I would highly recommend Gary Mack, he is AMAZING!!!! More
