Easy and non-intimidating I purchased my first car out of college and I was nervous about it, knowing dealerships sometimes have the reputation of shmoozing and talking over yo I purchased my first car out of college and I was nervous about it, knowing dealerships sometimes have the reputation of shmoozing and talking over your head and intimidating you. However, my experience was nothing like this thanks to an excellent salesman named Gary Ottaviani. He was down to earth and didn’t talk to down to me or try to be pushy and sell stuff at me I had no interest in. He was truly interested in my needs and listened to what I wanted and got me a great deal. I had a wonderful experience with him and would recommend him to anyone looking. The only reason I’m giving four stars is because of an interaction with an inevitably pushy and shmoozy finance guy at the end continuously telling me he “wasn’t a pushy guy” while talking at me being pushy. But Gary helped me through all of it and was great, I cannot rave more about him! And I love my car! More

I bought the parts and fixed the car the correct way myself what a joke those folks are!! At this point I would not recommend that maintenance department to work on a push mower!! More

Had to pay for parts damaged by the service department I had warranty work scheduled to replace wheel bearings. One of the bearings were frozen to the axle. The axle had to be replaced. I had to pay for the axle even though the wheel bearings were covered under the warranty. I also had to pay a diagnosis charge. So I ended up paying 470.00 for the warranty work. More
