I went all the way to Turner Kia near Harrisburg to buy a mini van. I had a recall on the van and I figured that I shouldn't judge a dealership from one bad experience so went to Wyoming valley KIA for the repair. The gentleman on the phone was extremely rude . I will never go back and I post my experience all over social media about my poor customer service at Wyoming Valley Kia. More
