The process takes forever and we generally leave feeling exhausted, ripped off and not at all excited about our new vehicle. When we moved to Texas a few months ago, my husband was in need of a new vehicle and he had been wanting a GMC Terrain for years. We weren't looking forward to the search at all, but Ewing completely surprised us. Gary was our salesperson, and he was genuinely friendly (not in the fake salesperson kind of way), very knowledgeable, and made the experience fun for once. Everyone we met that day was the exact same way. They didn't try to push added things we didn't need. They came back with the price we were wanting. And in the end, we actually walked away feeling happy and excited about our new vehicle. It was such a great experience that I will probably be going back to trade in my Ford Escape I got a couple of years ago for a GMC or Buick just for the experience. No pressure, fair and honest. I view Gary as a consultant more than a Sales Professional. He cares about what matters to us and understands our needs and addresses them. Gary makes the car buying experience beyond enjoyable. Because of Gary Parr and the Service Department that takes care of my wife's vehicle I switched to a GMC Truck.
