I did my research in Indiana and three nearby states but was directed by a couple of friends to Falcone. Sure enough, it was by far the best automotive purchasing interaction I've ever had. Gary jumped in to meet with me when Gene was busy with another customer and took the time to answer all my questions and provide me with additional information to make sure my dog crates and equipment would fit. When I made the decision on the vehicle I wanted, I was seamlessly handed back over to Gary who went above and beyond to make sure all my questions were answered and to add a last minute towing package on for me. Not once did I feel pressured nor spoken down to which still happens at a number of places. Jon was also patient and thorough as we discussed financing options. All in all, every point of this sale was a success in my mind. I plan to utilize their service as well and have every expectation that I'll be just as pleased. I've never felt committed to return to a particular dealership or service center, but Falcone might just be the one to make me settle down! More

Buying my 6th Subaru -- The BEST!! I totaled my 2017 Subaru Forester and started looking for a 2019 Outback. I wanted to accomplish it quickly, with the best price and features. After searching the Falcone website, Alex responded quickly but didn't bug me. I already knew most all the features I wanted after owning 5 previous Subarus, I liked the no-dealer fee policy and the other dealers insisted that I come in before see the 'final, best' price. Alex worked with me and arranged everything (even when he was out on vacation he arranged for John Franks and the GM, Gary to help). We arrived at the dealership at 11:00 a.m. and was out by 12:30 p.m even after going over a couple features on the car with John. Moe in finance was great too. The experience was PERFECT!! I previously purchased from other dealers in Indianapolis and in Bloomington but I'll buy my 7th at Falcone! More

By the time we finished our trade was assessed, fair offer from Nick and sales Manager Gary, and two hours later we drove off in a 2019 CrossTrek. Great experience, low pressure, fair deal from the outset. Jon Wilson walked us through the financing options and made it simple and pleasant. Nice job Falcone team! More

I've bought several cars before but I always left feeling like I was getting a bad deal or I could not have asked for a better car buying experience! I've bought several cars before but I always left feeling like I was getting a bad deal or that the salesperson wasnt 100% honest with me. Shopping at Falcone was entirely different. I have never had such a superb experience. Tiffany Compton was the absolute best! She listened to me, found a vehicle that met all my needs, got me a great deal on my trade-in and answered absolutely every question I had! I have complete peace of mind knowing that I got the best deal on an amazing car!! The warranty coverage on the car is excellent. I wont have to worry about anything for years to come. From now on I'm sending all my family and friends to Falcone! More

I was shocked at the no pressure-here's our product here's the pluses and the deals if you wanna but great if not that's fine too attitude at the dealer. John layed out all the scenarios and found the best that fit us. Gary the used car appraiser was great too he valued our trade and was very explanatory on why it appraised at what it did and what websites would appraise it at. All in all a great experience. We originally went to Falcone because of the no dealer or doc fee's like he says in the billboards and it was true. I feel like I can go back with anything or just to chitchat and I'll be welcome. More
