Poor communication throughout the entire process. Did not respond to voicemails/text when asking questions. Service Manager and Service Advisor did little to assist with getting vehicle to replace mi Did not respond to voicemails/text when asking questions. Service Manager and Service Advisor did little to assist with getting vehicle to replace mine. Managed to get my own rental and paid out of pocket although this was a warranty claim. Vehicle was returned with a ton of dust, mechanic hand/foot prints all over the vehicle and scratches on both fender and bumper. Very disappointed in the level of service I received and will not be returning to this dealership. More
