The repair for water leak was misdiagnosed. The water was not coming from the AC system. It rained last night and there was water on the passenger floor mat again. This is the same thing that was happening before I bought it in 3 weeks ago. I suspect the drain on the right lower corner of the front windshield is plugged and needs to be cleaned out. It cost me $500 for the incorrect repair. I would like the correct repair to be performed at no additional cost to me. I called twice and left voice messages. Also texted. So far no replies 3 hours later. Additionally regarding my May service. I was quoted $1200 but when I picked the car up it was over $1500 with no explanation as to why I was charged $300 more. More

Thankfully my vehicle is repaired and AC is working well. However it took 2 visits which amounted to more labor costs . James Wood provides service for my vehicle I can rely on. No worries, no doubts about how my vehicle was taken care of. Something landed on my windshield, and when the wipers were turned on, it just smeared everything. Truck was fixed in less than 24 hours and thought it would take much longer than that. The drop-off option was excellent as well.
