I called James Woods Service Center and spoke with Gavynn Norris. He immediately asked me to bring he truck in so they could look at it. They found the Pinion Seal leaking and made the appropriate repairs. Truck is now preforming as it should with no leaks. I was most impressed by the quick and thorough action taken by the by the service group, especially Cavynn Norris,

The repair for water leak was misdiagnosed.
The water was not coming from the AC system. It rained last night and there was water on the passenger floor mat again. This is the same thing that
The water was not coming from the AC system. It rained last night and there was water on the passenger floor mat again. This is the same thing that was happening before I bought it in 3 weeks ago. I suspect the drain on the right lower corner of the front windshield is plugged and needs to be cleaned out. It cost me $500 for the incorrect repair. I would like the correct repair to be performed at no additional cost to me.
I called twice and left voice messages. Also texted. So far no replies 3 hours later.
Additionally regarding my May service. I was quoted $1200 but when I picked the car up it was over $1500 with no explanation as to why I was charged $300 more.
