All I can say is the experience was great. I literally needed to catch a flight to take a look at the vehicle I was planning on purchasing (only saw it online), but my salesperson, Geneva, had already sen needed to catch a flight to take a look at the vehicle I was planning on purchasing (only saw it online), but my salesperson, Geneva, had already sent me as much information and pictures as possible. She kept us up to date and did a fabulous job of working with me through the entire process. You all know that seeing the car and test-driving the car, in-person, cannot be replaced with pictures. The staff is very nice , but the service is not so good, i brought my car in for a service and a complimentary car wash . Im not sure what is included in the complimentary car wash but the inside of my car i brought my car in for a service and a complimentary car wash . Im not sure what is included in the complimentary car wash but the inside of my car was not touched and the outside was left dirty , they did not even do so little as to clean the windows .
