Terry was amazing and helped me immeasurably. His knowledge base helped me find the right truck, and he was, at one and the same time, extremely patient with a long process and constantly working to find the right truck. It didn't hurt that Terry is so personable and upbeat... he really helped me to remain confident and excited about the new purchase at every step of the process. Again, I will admit that there was an issue surrounding the previous purchase that started this whole process, but I am coming out of this experience feeling better than ever about the dealership and the team that keeps it running.
