I left with my jeep that had been serviced, supposedly had a multi point inspection while there. As I left the dealership turning the corner the check engine light came on that was not on when I arrived. had a multi point inspection while there. I immediately turned around once the vehicle started running very rough , so I went back immediately, I was told it was oil leaking issue and that the vehicle senses when oil is low or leaking and told nothing could be done but a $2,200 fix and that the fluids had been checked and to take my vehicle so I left . The vehicle almost stopped running so I returned once again immediately I then insisted I would leave it for an oil change because I suspected no multi inspection was done and oil probably severely not topped off or at least told it needed to be topped off if it had been actually checked. The oil change and refill apparently fixed the issue , I have been driving daily for three weeks, several hundred miles , no light issue or running rough , If I had believed I should just take my vehicle and drive it and nothing could be done about the light I would have most likely blown the engine. I purchased the vehicle new there and have always had it serviced there , and had planned on another Jeep there . The service department trying to rush me off and take my vehicle after they said it was VERY concerning and dangerous. The tech didn’t even have the kindness or responsibility to even come out when I brought the vehicle back the first time although George asked . I spent over $6,000 on service for the vehicle that did need to be done that day. It was legit in fact time for the other issues I’m not questioning that but rushing me off without hearing my issue was not right . They did resolve my other issues I came in with . In general always had good service results there over the last 13-14 years but definitely not this time . More

Made an appointment weeks in advance for a recall, and asked for same day turn around as the recall notice said it was a same day repair. Brought it in and was told we're a little backed up so it could be asked for same day turn around as the recall notice said it was a same day repair. Brought it in and was told we're a little backed up so it could be attempted but next day or 2nd day at latest. OK fine. After second day I called to be told 'we said it would be 2-3days' ..ok not what was said but fine on day 5 (now Mon to Friday. I called to be told it was being worked on right now it should be ready by EOD. I said I cant pick up until tommorow(sat) and was told ok thats fine I'll call when ita ready tho. Fri, sat, sun all pass no call. Monday (now day 8) comes and I call to be told you can pick it up but the paperwork wont be ready until tommorow. Ok fine. I pick it up. Tues comes and goes no paperwork is emailed to me. Wends I call amd 'oh they didnt email it to you? Let me like into it.' We are now approaching end of day Thursday, day 11 since drop off and though I do have my vehicle back I still do not have the paperwork as to what was completed. More

We were traveling from NJ visiting family in FL and our check engine light came on with less than 10k miles. Hollywood Jeep bent over backwards to get our Jeep into the shop and evaluate the situation q check engine light came on with less than 10k miles. Hollywood Jeep bent over backwards to get our Jeep into the shop and evaluate the situation quickly. They were able to diagnose the problem and assure the vehicle was safe to drive back to NJ. The part was delayed due to the holidays and Hollywood Florida was able to make adjustments to allow us to drive safely back home for our local dealership to resolve. In short they treated us better the our local dealership in East Brunswick, NJ and treated us like family. More
