I ordered a Bronco from this salesman/dealer on the
X-Plan 5 months ago. When it arrived, another customer showed interest in the vehicle. Being X-Plan, the vehicle had a fixed price from Ford. The sal
X-Plan 5 months ago. When it arrived, another customer showed interest in the vehicle. Being X-Plan, the vehicle had a fixed price from Ford. The salesman/dealership saw an opportunity to make themselves more money on the deal by selling it to another customer at full markup. They low-balled my trade (offered me less than Carvana, Carmax, Serpentini, Liberty, and AutoNation), so that I would walk away. I would urge everyone to stay far away from this dealership if you want to work with people that have integrity. It might be less convenient to drive a further distance to buy a car, but you will have a better chance of being treated fairly.
