A month later my alternator went out and I had to fix that as well. I know I bought a used car "as is" but the car salesman George told me they went through a 150 point inspection and the car was perfect. Amongst those problems I had a plethora of other issues such as the car pulls to the right when I try to drive straight, the cigarette lighter didn't work, there's old subwoofer cables laying all over the truck and inside the hood by the battery ( which I had to replace) gave me a spare key fob that looks like a dog chewed it up. And on top of it when I tried making my first payment they haven't even sent in my down payment! So they almost made me late on my very first car payment. Then the car salesman George who will tell you exactly what you want to hear to buy the car didn't even send in my proof of insurance so the loan company tacked on $1650 for insurance. So now I have to call the loan company tomorrow and hopefully get that cleared up. They act like your best friend before you buy the car then after you sign everything you're garbage to them. Took my car in 3 times the first month and the mechanics couldn't even diagnose what the problem with my car was. I will say they're nice in the sense they give you a loaner car so I can make it to work and pay my car payment but other than that I would not recommend buying from them. Horrible experience! And don't buy any after market warrenties with them because that was a waste of $2700 and the "oil change package" only includes 6 oil changes a year another waste of money. More

They definitely went above and beyond what should be expected from a dealership. Very professional staff and a pleasure to work with. *Piece of advise for out of state buyers, make sure you have all of the paperwork for financing finished, have the paperwork sent out to the bank, and have the funding sent to the dealership from the bank prior to making the trip to pick up a vehicle. This was a big learning experience for me, but the folks over at Ray Chevy will take good care of you. More

More

Absolutely amazing! I have been seeing Hugo since I was born! I tried to go into the dealership on a day where he wasn't there and it was TERRIBLE and I left in tears. Hugo caught wind of it, called my cell phone, and assured me it would be better if I came in and saw him, and we made an appointment. From the second I walked in the door, everyone was so sweet and funny! I drove the car I really liked, they made an extremely reasonable offer on my used car thanks to Ryan, and gave me the papers to sign. I was then transferred to Tony in finance, who worked endlessly to get me a better rate, and figured out how to include an extended warranty WHILE keeping my payments low! George, the GM, is absolutely delightful. If you don't choose this dealership, you are insane! More
