I brought my car in, to have the door latches changed.
The person who took care of me, must not have looked up any information on my car, because 4 hrs later he brought the papers that I signed, stating

A few days later, my passenger door would NOT LATCH, when I brought it back I found out that I was lied to, they did not change the latches, they checked the code and Ford said they were okay. I ended up paying for a new latch to be installed! I would not recommend your dealership because they lied to me!
