Got "wowed" We had shopped around for other brands at other dealerships, including another Toyota dealership, for several weeks. We had no expectations of buying until the fall, but drove to St. Augustine on a referral looking for a Highlander. The showroom was very active, but we were immediately welcomed by the staff. We only waited a few minutes before being approached by a Salesman, Brian Watson, who we liked immediately as he was extremely polite and well informed. He answered all of our questions and made some good recommendations. He then introduced us to his Sales Manager, George May, who was just as polite and informed. They were both were very personable, which was a primary factor in in our decision to spend more time than expected at the dealership. As destiny would have it, the exact car we were looking for was pulled around for the test drive. By the time we returned, Mr. May had prepared some purchase and financing options, which met all of our purchase expectations including warranties and pre-scheduled maintenance plans. Before we knew it, we purchased the Highlander, drove it home and have not regretted it one bit. All of the follow-up support has also been very positive. "Wow", what can I say. We highly recommend Beaver Toyota. More

He was fantastic, helpful and super professional. Robert was also so helpful and super professional. George also was extremely helpful, courteous and professional helping us get to a very fair value. Overall our experience was great. This was our 2nd vehicle purchased from them, and we will certainly be returning when it comes time for the next trade-in / purchase.
