Great prices on the cars. I made a mistake on title of a trade in and still charged me $100 because of it, After spending 16K on a car. The wait is long because it is super busy. Second time purchasing a vehicle from David. And once again, a simple, perfect transaction. The first vehicle was a 2500 Denali HD, which served me well. No issues. The only reason I sold it was to get something smaller. On this go around, I purchased a Lexus Sedan. Again, no issues- drives like a dream. I live a good bit away so David and I did everything virtually so all I had to do was show up and sign a few papers. Awesome experience and I can not say enough great things about Bourne's Auto and David Pair! More

I had been trying to figure out how to purchase a vehicle as I came home from a deployment overseas. Bourne’s was the only place willing and able to assist, and they were fantastic from start to finish. They as I came home from a deployment overseas. They allowed a friend to test drive for me, and then worked with me to finish up the final paperwork when I showed up. Couldn’t be happier with the new truck. I spoke with Kris first who helped get the ball tolling, while Dave and George assisted at the end. Recommend the place thoroughly, prices aren’t too shabby either. More

I had a fantastic exsperience with Bourne Auto Center from searching their online inventory, timely response from Kris answering my online questions, calling me from his remote working location, setting from searching their online inventory, timely response from Kris answering my online questions, calling me from his remote working location, setting an appointment to test drive, placing a hold when he called to inform me another individual was inquiring about Enclaves. As booming as the dealership was when we arrived for the test drive it was well organized, professional, and everyone had a sense of humor and full smilies. Jose was wonderful. He texted updates, called with questions or concerns. Made me laugh. Super with the children! Most importantly he was upfront, honest, humble, friendly, and fair. George and John were great within finance, and management. My situation was slightly different than most buyer's purchasing via bank transfer/wire. When your handing someone close to 30K it can be nerve racking. Nope, it was as smooth as could be between the one bank (Bourne and I have great taste in banks), employees, and insurance it was perfect. Everyone communicated, made me feel comfortable, and gave me multiple reasons to TRUST the process. We had one snag which was on the RMV yet Jose and George had the solution. They rocked it. I was pumped with speciality plates they choose for me. I noted the cleanliness of the dealership and consistent wiping down of their cute, and comfy client areas. Definitely taking the pandemic and safety of employees and clients alike seriously. This was the best car purchasing experience to date in my twenty-five years of driving. I got a quality bad xxx sexy SUV for a great fair price without non sense or aggravation. If your in the field for new wheels without xx Bourne Auto Center the place to be. THANK YOU Bourne Auto Center for such an easy peezy fantastically wonderful exsperience..... Prayerfully the service center is as suburb as the rest of the team. More
