The stellar experience Jose and the employees I worked with at Bourne's Auto Center provided me with the easiest car buying experience I've ever had. The stellar experience started through an email inquiry about the availability of a specific car and went all the way through the financing portion. At no point did I feel pressured or rushed and everyone was friendly and helpful. My situation was quick as I knew what I wanted and Jose was very quick in delivering. Jose even gave my children free t-shirts when he handed me the keys! I absolutely will look to Bourne's when we trade in our other car soon and I will definitely recommend them to friends and family. Thank you Jose for a great car buying experience! More

Love my new Explorer! My lease was expiring so I needed my next vehicle. I was able to easily search inventory online for my “must haves”. I texted initially with the team which I found very convenient. I was able to make an appointment and immediately test drive the Explorer. The “test drive on your own” was a surprise but welcomed. Sue was extremely helpful. She was able to quickly answer all my questions. The financing process was quick and painless. George was very helpful especially with explaining the extended warranty options. I was able to pick up my Explorer first thing this morning. I’m extremely happy with both the vehicle and Bourne! Highly recommend this team. More

I Often go into To Whom It May concern, I have bought and driven many cars in my time, but this experience has to be the most pleasurable one yet. I Often go into my buying experience with anguish and resentment* I started off my quest with the familiar brands in the car sales industry, To no avail I was let down with there final negotiations at every turn. It feels like with the bigger dealership you just become a number or a body, I wanted to feel like a person. Like any savy car buyer I do my research online ("Car Guru" is the best by the way) to find the car that I want was at 3 additional dealerships (Bourne's Auto being one of them). For many years I have driven past the Bourne dealership with not even a second glance, but on this day we were destine to meet. i wondered will I have that same drab feeling of being a number? Will they quickly move me to misfortune by giving me a shaky deal? I go into the dealership with my best poker face ever, looking around the room like "Clint Eastwood" entering a saloon. Only to be greeted with smiles from the two receptionist telling me "someone will be with you shorty". And in seconds I was greeted by Trevon Hubbard (one Bourne's great salesmen) who also had a smile too. I inform him of the car I was looking for and he was quickly went to work to find it. I was saying to myself "Is this another elaborate seem to loosen my guard?" If it is, they're doing a pretty good job, I must stay focused.... Trevon informs me that the car that Im looking for is not available anymore, they have 2 lots and they cant locate it on either one. Ahhhh I knew it was to good to be true! Did my "Spidey scenes" deceive me for one quick second? Is this dealership the same as all the others? I walk to my car with anxiety and back to the grand chase of finding new vehicle. I start my car, drive down the road when my phone rings, its Mr. Trevon. Trevon informs me that they found the car and it would be worth to see, "sorry for the mix up". Ahhh is this some new jedi salesmen technique? Will I go back and they give me the old bait and which? My inner voice tells me to "go back", and if it is a new technique I must learn it to inform others, lol! I pull up to the dealership, I see the car Im looking for already lights on and ready to go. Im excited now, but hold the parade. I look over the car for flaws and it looks better than the pictures, but "keep your cool" my inner voice says. The price of the car was the best I've seen so far but whats the catch? Trevon gives me the keys and tells me "take her for a drive and I'll see when you get back for any questions" still with a smile and confidence unmatched. I take the car for a drive, come back ready to deal! I inform Trevon "No jedi mind tricks", and No crazy "I have to speak to my manager" a thousand times nonsense either. Still with a smile he agreed to terms and we moved on with negotiations. In my mind it was going to be an epic battle like Patriots & Falcons in last years Superbowl. But it was more like last week's game against the Jets, super easy lol! These guys put the friendly in "user friendly". They were informative, kind, respectful, all the way down to the finance manager George (he even had a smile too). I was completely blown away by the service, the friendly faces, and the time and care they took to get the deal done. I was completely caught off guard, this is not your typical dealership, this was the "Utopia" of dealerships! I've never gotten a deal done so fast for my car in my entire life! To Trevon and Bourne sales team I couldn't THANK you guys enough for the best "buying a car" experience to date! THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU! Sincerely, Joe Fergus Jr. P.S. Amazing experience! We had been looking for a Toyota Tundra for at least 8 months. From the minute we walked in the door to the minute we walked out everyone there especially Mario was amazing. Very professional, knowledgeable, and make you feel apart of a family. I would definitely recommend Bournes Auto Center to all my family and friends. I would definitely make the drive (1 hour and 40 mins) again and purchase another vehicle from Bournes. Within minutes he found a list of vehicles to look at within my budget. He queued them up for me "rapid fire" in terms of retrieving the vehicles from the lot and getting them in front of the sales area for me to check out and test drive. I test drove 4 or 5 models all within 45 mins or so (although i could have taken longer if i wanted). There was never any pressure or games. Once i found a car that i wanted, we were able to come to a deal quickly. The finance team was great. They went over the finance and warranty options and were really easy to work with. They had the paperwork completed quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend Bourne's to anyone looking for a used vehicle. More

Greg was professional, friendly, and and incredibly efficient managing the process from end to end; helping us narrow down vehicle options, coordinating test drives, purchase, and vehicle prep. Greg's communication and follow through was exceptional. George was equally as professional and courteous, walking us though finance and insurance options. He worked to earn our business, securing a very competitive financing rate, and personally came out to thank us when we returned to pick up our vehicle. Our first purchase from Jason Bourne over 10 years ago was terrific.
