Out of time buyer I flew in from Baltimore to look at a vehicle. Amy and David and Everyone treated me wonderfully. They allowed me with no issues to take vehicle to I flew in from Baltimore to look at a vehicle. Amy and David and Everyone treated me wonderfully. They allowed me with no issues to take vehicle to dealership to have it checked out which Ofcourse gave me great comfort. They helped me with lodging and rides back to airport. They are a great team all the way around. You can’t go wrong with purchasing from them. More

I purchased a Mini cooper early last year and traded it in for a more spacious vehicle that accomodates to our families lifestyle much better. We have had nothing but wonderful customer service from all transactions. It literally took less than two hours to walk in and be greeted by brilliant staff that were extremely helpful and kind to driving off the lot in our new vehicle. I would never shop anywhere else for our transportation needs as Bournes has always been extremely fair and very courteous. Thank you Mario and staff for all of your accomodations. More

Great experience Simplest buying process I have experienced. Non negotiable fair pricing. I called ahead to confirm car was still available with Caroline and to book a test drive. Car was ready on arrival and I was allowed to test drive the car alone, which is perfect. Car as described and faultless. I worked with Mario who was easy going, helpful, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. Communication was clear and easy. My car was missing it’s owners manual but Mario promised to order me one. I paid cash so a simple transaction, no additional pressure form Finance guy to purchase extended warranties etc. Overall very happy with Bourne’s auto center and would recommend them. More

I almost missed out on the car I wanted but luckily thanks to some good timing and a great sales person (Kim B) I was able to drive off in the vehicle of choice in the timeframe I requested, might I add was less than a week. There happened to be a few minor issues with the vehicle but most of them were taken care of before the purchase was made. Also the finance guy George was great and made everything easy and simple for me. More
