This was the first time i dealt with George he was very professional & knowledgeable, but I did have a problem the last time I had my oil change/tire rotation the tech forgot to return my jack and key for professional & knowledgeable, but I did have a problem the last time I had my oil change/tire rotation the tech forgot to return my jack and key for lug nut locks and I got a flat tire and had to pay for tow and then pay to have to locks removed all because Cadillac forgot to put my tools back! when talking to Cadillac they gave me a credit for $100 that I can use for any service except oil-change and inspection or parts! When in reality all I wanted is my parts they took out of my car returned! I don’t know why I keep coming back for the oil changes, I guess thinking about it now am just gonna go somewhere else from now on. More
