The experience was not good. I was quoted a cost before I came for appointment but this was changed significantly when I came. Great customer service, honest, helpful and motivated by what’s in the best interest of the customer. Saved me from spending $4500 from an auto mechanic that was NOT honest, but looking to do work that was what’s in the best interest of the customer. My appointment was for 10:00 am for 1st service on my escalade. Told me it would be about a 1 hour visit and wait period. I left the dealership at 12:50. Need to be realistic on telling me how long it w escalade. Told me it would be about a 1 hour visit and wait period. I left the dealership at 12:50. Need to be realistic on telling me how long it will take for service. SO-- everything went well and good, but the long wait kind of spoiled it from being a great visit to an ok visit. Loved the car wash at the end of the service! More
