Overall, I had a great experience at EchoPark. I ultimately ended up there three consecutive days before I was able to take my car home- the first day to see the car, the second to try and purchas I ultimately ended up there three consecutive days before I was able to take my car home- the first day to see the car, the second to try and purchase the car (but was unable to due to issues with the bank), and the third day to finally purchase my car. I worked with Gerardo the first and second day I was there and he did a wonderful job, answering my many questions and providing additional details to help alleviate my concerns as this was my first time purchasing a car from a dealership. I was able to sign all of the paperwork so that when I came back, I would only have to pay the remaining balance on the car. Unfortunately, on the third day, Gerardo was out, so I worked with another salesperson and the process ended up being a little longer than I would have liked due to some questions about the insurance (that I had previously provided) which led to the salesperson being gone for seemingly tens of minutes at a time. However, I do understand the importance of verify all of the necessary documents before allowing me to drive away with the car... All in all, I the experience was great and am very excited with my new car, knowing that it is mechanically safe due to the 190-point inspection provided by EchoPark. More
