easiest way to buy a MB Had never bought a MB. Walked in to RBM was introduced to Jerry Mo. Jerry helped with all questions. Made suggestions, BTW, were all on point and 45 m Had never bought a MB. Picked up the car the next day and you would have thought we had been customers for 20 yrs. All very professional, you feel you have made a "safe" decision. Believe it or not, there's plenty of dealerships where you don't get that "we want to do business with you" feeling any more. Maybe it's inappropriate to list any competitors where you get that but let's just say the worst of the lot "Aren't Used to Dealing w/ Individual" needs and wants. I need a dealership whose willing to work with me not one that needs me to "Be More Willing" to work with them. We had a much more favorable experience at RBM with Rick. Negotiating was "fun" - yeah I said it, "fun"! We cut to the chase and in the same day worked out a deal - professionally as well as with respect and consideration of both of our budgets & bogies. The feel at home atmosphere was complemented with talking shop and talking sports. Nice to see a fellow Cleveland Cavalier from Rick's colleague Gerry (we did it Gerry!). I was very pleased. Thanks a ton Rick!! Rod PS - the 4 star instead of 5 star on Price is my final jab at Rick for not coming down that last $XX/mo I wanted. Muhahahaha More

Adrienne in finance was friendly and efficient and got me in and out without making me wait. After the paper work Casey took as much time as I needed to show me the features of the car, answer the questions that I had about the technology. Getting the job done correctly the first time is important to me. RBM of Atlanta made me feel special. From the greetings at the door to reviewing your work with Pam, everything went as planned no surprises. When it was time to upgrade my Mercedes Benz, where else would I go but to RBM of Atlanta. Pam my Service Rep introduced me to Gerry Modzelewski. From there Gerry showed me and my wife, Beverly, several 2012 and 2013 Mercedes Benz that would meet our needs. Gerry then introduced me to Mercedes Benz great promotion - .99% interest, two free maintenance services, and $1200 towards my first two payments. Wow, I was sold. We purchase a 2012 Mercedes Benz E-350 Sedan. Beverly loved this model because the carpet, dash, seats, and ceiling all match. The light interior lets the car stay comfortable even in the hottest weather. Gerry was correct when he said if we loved the handling of our 2007 E-350, we would be more impressed with the 2012 E-350. We drove home and got 29 mpg and the ride was great. My first Mercedes experience, and it was great! I spent 6 months researching on my next car and came to the final list of Lexus IS 350, BMW 328i, and Mercedes C300. I tried the Lexus, which I loved, I spent 6 months researching on my next car and came to the final list of Lexus IS 350, BMW 328i, and Mercedes C300. I tried the Lexus, which I loved, but the dealer was too pushy which kind of turned me off. I had already driven a friend's 328 and I liked it though it seemed too stiff. My third test drive was a C300 from RBM of Atlanta. Boy, wat a great experience it was! I went to the dealership rather late (5:00PM). I was warmly greeted at the entrance and a couple of minutes later the salesman, Gerry Modzelewsky, was there. He didn't waste any time and took me directly for a lengthly test drive. He allowed me to test the car in any way I wanted to, and showed really good knowledge of all its features. His salesmanship was impressive, both because of his knowledge of the product and because of his charm and respectful demeanor. After the test drive I was very impressed, and even though I had not thought of buying the car on that day, I asked Gerry if he could go in detail about the numbers (in particular to make a comparison between leasing and purchasing). Even though it was 7:00PM already and I was not showing interest on buying on that same day, he spent an extra hour clarifying all my questions. To his surprise, I decided to get the car on the spot. To my surprise, all paperwork was done in less than half an hour! During that time I was also introduced to Angel Mercado, their sales manager, who was extraordinarily professional. It was already too late to take the car with me, but we arranged for picking it up on the next day. Again, I was pleasantly surprised by the pick up experience. I arrived late because of traffic (7:00PM, their closing time). I was greeted by Gerry and then he took me to the office of the person that would go over the car details (Ben Montage). I thought this was going to be rushed because of the time, and I was so wrong. This guy was like a professional car reviewer showing me all the features of the car. He spent all the necessary time so I could be familiarized with all features of this fully loaded C300. I finally got my car and cannot be happier about the whole experience. I wish buying a car was always such a stress-free event! More
