After trying to speak to someone to get some assistance for the issue, I kept getting sent to voicemail after voicemail. After I asked to speak to the supervisor I then again was sent to another voicemail (surprise, surprise). I will continue to contact the dealer until I get a response, and will drive out there if I don't get a response back in a week. More
