I have had good experiences and bad with techs and mechanics. Guillermo is the best, but it has happened even with him that the mechanic doesn't change an air filter etc... Loss of trust arises when I l, the customer has to tell the tech to tell the mechanic to complete his job. It makes you wonder, what else did he forget do?!? I have lost a lug nut lock because it wasn't tightened and a couple of air tube covers as well because of carelessness. It is definitely not Guillermo's fault, but there should be someone checking that the work was completed, hopefully correctly. More
