Routine oil change made for a nice time out of the office This was the second scheduled service for my RDX. I was promptly greeted upon my arrival and was checked in by a service tech. Bart walked me through what was included in the service and we discussed the two other minor issues I've been having with the vehicle. I worked on my laptop from the impeccably clean cafe and enjoyed a latte from the complimentary coffee bar. Gillian Barnes, Crown's wonderful saleswoman, stopped over to say hello. My service was completed far sooner than I expected and Bart was able to offer me special pricing on the oil change due to a promotion. I have been very pleased with Crown Acura for both sales and service. Although I don't live close to the Crown location, I am happy to make the drive. Thank you! More
