Great service, great car I had planned to test drive cars at least two other dealers. Gillian did such a great job that I didn’t need to do so. She knew her product backward I had planned to test drive cars at least two other dealers. Gillian did such a great job that I didn’t need to do so. She knew her product backwards and forwards and because of her work ethic and our previous experience with other Acura dealerships in another state we made the decision to go with Crown and the RDX. Love it so far, glad we made the move. More

Best Experience EVER! Ohh my goodness! This was honestly the BEST experience I've ever had while buying a car! Gillian and Richard were beyond amazing especially with my Ohh my goodness! This was honestly the BEST experience I've ever had while buying a car! Gillian and Richard were beyond amazing especially with my silly questions. They know these cars inside and out. I was beyond impressed with every little detail they could explain. This will be our 3rd Acura, but my first time coming to the dealership (my husband tends to handle these things). I wasn't as obsessed with Acura as my husband...until now! Thank You Gillian and Richard for treating us like family and for making this experience so easy. More

Routine oil change made for a nice time out of the office This was the second scheduled service for my RDX. I was promptly greeted upon my arrival and was checked in by a service tech. Bart walked me through This was the second scheduled service for my RDX. I was promptly greeted upon my arrival and was checked in by a service tech. Bart walked me through what was included in the service and we discussed the two other minor issues I've been having with the vehicle. I worked on my laptop from the impeccably clean cafe and enjoyed a latte from the complimentary coffee bar. Gillian Barnes, Crown's wonderful saleswoman, stopped over to say hello. My service was completed far sooner than I expected and Bart was able to offer me special pricing on the oil change due to a promotion. I have been very pleased with Crown Acura for both sales and service. Although I don't live close to the Crown location, I am happy to make the drive. Thank you! More
