I felt that I was given a fair price and my salesman, Steve, was honest, friendly and helpful. Efren was thorough in explaining all the financing information, and took his time when I had questions. The only improvement I can suggest is communications between the Internet Sales Department and the dealership. I was coming for a test drive on a specific vehicle, and it was not there when I arrived for my test drive. They offered an different car that was the exact same model for the test, and had to go get the one that I wanted to test drive. It took a little longer, but in the end I was still very happy with this dealership and how I was treated. They made buying a car a lot less painful than I was expecting! More

Great service and pricing! Was very happy with the service due to the friendly atmosphere and little to no up-selling. I used to work at Jiffy Lube and usually do my own oil changes however this was n service due to the friendly atmosphere and little to no up-selling. Once our new vehicle arrived, he helped us set everything up and went through all of the features again.  I would highly recommend both Karl and the dealership to anyone looking for a new vehicle.  More
