Although the state safety and emissions inspections took longer than expected, I was kept informed along the way. Waiting area was confortable and well stocked. Accessability was reasonable. I needed my Toyota looked at because of a pothole. Gino diagnosed the problem and had the mechanic correct the problem as well as checking there was no further damage. Have been purchasing Toyotas from Pappas since 1990's and always bring my vehicles back for service. The service staff, mechanics are outstanding.
