Brought my highlander in for service and always look forward visiting Pappas Toyota. My service advisor, Gino, was great! Very friendly and easy to talk to. He explained everything to me and offered ot forward visiting Pappas Toyota. My service advisor, Gino, was great! Very friendly and easy to talk to. He explained everything to me and offered other services that I needed now or coming up very soon. No pressure to buy anything. Just clear information that will help make my vehicle last a long time. Salesman Chris was helpful and courteous. Finance person was great to work with. After driving a few miles we noticed the vehicle was pulling and got a front end alignment, no problem there but when they pu was great to work with. After driving a few miles we noticed the vehicle was pulling and got a front end alignment, no problem there but when they pulled the wheels off to balance them they discovered both front rims were cracked and dented on the inside. Both unsafe to drive. If the dealership would have conducted an inspection like they said, they would have seen them. Dealer refused to correct issue or even work with us to help us get replacement wheels. I understand buyer beware and hope any person who reads this will beware and not trust this dealership. As I told them we only buy cars from dealers because they should stand by their vehicles. I was wrong, they do not stand by their vehicles and say they do inspections on their cars when the do not find and fix major safety issues. More
