We made a. cash purchase of an in-stock NX450h+ They agreed to a discount of $2000 after saying they are not offering any discounts on that model. After moving t cash purchase of an in-stock NX450h+ They agreed to a discount of $2000 after saying they are not offering any discounts on that model. After moving the cash to my bank the full payment was done on. Tuesday 7/29 or Wednesday 7/30. On. Thursday the 31st we received a email from Lexus of Santa Barbara that they were offering $5000 off invoice on all in-stock vehicles. When I discussed this with the salesperson and general manager, they said we were not supposed to get the email and it was the fault of corporate. Thy did not deny they were aware of the promo at the time of our purchase. They denied any compensation. The is our 4th Lexus from this dealer. I believe the proper way to do business would be to make us aware of the promotion and reflection in our purchase. We received the same email offer from other dealers shortly after Santa Barbara including your store in Oxnard. My only recourse is never purchase another vehicle from your dealers and to tell anyone who I know is looking at Lexus not to chose those dealers. More
