I was slightly skeptical given that my budget was sized for a used 2014 model, but they made it work under my budget! I spent the rest of my budget prepaying maintenance so I could save even more. When we came in to do the paperwork there were no surprises, everything was as promised without any of the tactics that some dealers are reported to use to try to get you to spend more. Overall a positive experience with Glen being helpful but not pushy. More
